The Downtown El Cajon Business Partners (DECBP) is composed of a Board and three active committees, each with distinct functions. Unless otherwise noted, all Board and committee meetings are held at the Olaf Wieghorst Museum, 131 Rea Avenue. If you have specific questions or would like to be added to the meeting distribution list, please email Gabby Manocchio at gabby@newcityamerica.com.
