Board of Directors

Recurring Meeting: 1st Wednesday of the Month at Noon

Chair: Ron Nevels, President

The DECBP Board of Directors reviews all materials originating from committees, task forces, and any other items requiring Board attention or action.

Executive Committee

Recurring Meeting: 4th Wednesday of the Month at Noon

Chair: Ron Nevels

The DECBP Executive Committee is comprised of the Officers of the Board and provides oversight of staff and consultants, financials, contract compliance, policies recommended to the Board, crisis management, and other key organizational matters.

District Identity & Placemaking Committee

Recurring Meeting: 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 10:00am

Chair: Paris Landen

The DECBP District Identity & Placemaking (DI&P) Committee develops and manages events, marketing and communications, as well as public space enhancements and activations.

Civil Sidewalks Committee

Meet as Needed

Chair: Cathy Zeman

The DECBP Civil Sidewalks Committee reviews maintenance operations, service schedules, and oversees the Downtown El Cajon CBID renewal.
