Downtown El Cajon Association

The Downtown El Cajon Association (DECA), formally known as the Greater Downtown El Cajon Improvement Association (GDECIA), is a pending 501c3 nonprofit established in preparation for the Downtown El Cajon Community Benefit Improvement District (CBID) renewal. Once the CBID is approved, this nonprofit will become the official entity contracting with the City of El Cajon to support the ongoing revitalization, beautification, and promotion within the Downtown El Cajon CBID boundaries.
